How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → FamPass to manage or cancel. You'll keep Premium until the end of your current billing period.
Events aren't loading. What should I do?
First, check your internet connection. Force-quit FamPass and reopen it. If the issue continues, email dev@fampass.io with your iPhone model and iOS version and we'll dig in.
I found incorrect event information.
Tap the "Report an issue" link on any event listing in the app, or use the form below. We aggregate from many sources and details occasionally drift — we typically correct flagged listings within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing dev@fampass.io. We remove all account data within 30 days, per Apple's guidelines.
How do I suggest an event?
Open the More menu in the app and tap "Suggest an Event." Both one-time and recurring events are welcome. A real human reviews submissions, usually within 24 hours.
Is FamPass on Android?
Not yet — iOS launched first because we're a small team and wanted to iterate quickly. Email dev@fampass.io to be notified when Android is ready.
